Through conversation, they find that they don't know much about the differences among the three kinds of machines: carding machine, carding machine and fine elastic machine. In view of this situation, the following distinctions are made:

Carding machine: mostly used in textile enterprises, according to the classification, it belongs to the category of textile machinery.

Carding function will carding cotton into a single fiber, and the impurities in cotton will be very clean;

Due to the particularity of industry requirements, generally 10% - 20% of cotton fiber (shorter cotton fiber) will be separated. We call the separated cotton cover cotton;

Generally, the power consumption of carding machine is about 8.6kw/h (main motor 7.5kw/h + chopper motor 1.1KW / h);

The price is relatively high, usually the price of a meter wide carding machine is about 50000; the machine is cumbersome and the structure is complex, so it cannot be maintained.

Carding machine: mainly used for carding chemical fiber.

The carding machine combs more cotton flowers (i.e. the cotton that has not been completely combed), which leads to the quilt that is easy to harden and pilling, and the place of origin is in Zhejiang and coastal areas.

Fine elastic machine: it integrates the advantages of multiple elastic machines and carding machines.

It has the following characteristics: one-time forming, opening and carding cotton, low power consumption, small land occupation, etc. The quilt is soft, loose and close to the body;

The fibers processed by the fine elastic flower machine are undamaged, and the cotton tire fibers produced are all smooth and evenly adhered to each other, commonly known as the thousand ply cotton tire, so the cotton tire produced is not easy to be separated, and this kind of quilt has high grade and strong competitiveness in the market;
