Fault phenomenon 1: the x-axis and y-axis sound is abnormal, the speed is slow, and the size is not in place when sewing and idling (shorter)
Cause:
Causes of phase loss of stepping motor: 1. Drive power supply itself; 2. Wire break in metal tube
Exclusion method:
Press F5 to enter the system test to check the x-axis and y-axis respectively, and find out the corresponding driver, metal tube or Z60 synchronous belt toothed ring
Symptom 2:
1. When sewing normally, x-axis and y-axis cannot operate normally (walking slowly)
2. The needle bar does not return to the upper needle position during suspension
3. F5 enters the system test, and the needle position does not change by 0 or 1
Cause:
1. Photoelectric sensor damaged
2. Heavy nose
3. Belt is too loose
Exclusion method:
1. Replace the photoelectric sensor. When replacing, leave a small section of wire for the damaged sensor for installation
2. Check the bearings of the machine head, adjust the screws to make the main shaft concentric, and check whether the nylon gear falls
3. Replace the tension belt or the main shaft belt is loose, etc
